Sponsor A Tree in Auroville's
Botanical Gardens
Dec 1, 2001 - Jan 31, 2002 Although this matching
program is now closed, with a gift of $25, you can still
sponsor the planting of, caring for, and labeling of a tree
in the Arboretum of Auroville's Botanical Gardens. During
the matching program, an anonymous donor double matched
the first forty $25 sponsorships made through AVIUSA with
an additional $50 (up to a total of $2,000), which was given
to general greenwork in Auroville.

You can still sponsor a tree with your credit
card via Helping.org's secure website or you can write
a check. Don't forget to specify "Sponsor a Tree"
when making your donation. Each $25 sponsors one tree.
Consider Creating A Matching Program
Your gift could create a greater impact in Auroville if it
inspires others to donate too. Previous matching programs
through AVIUSA have shown that people donate enthusiastically
when they know that their donation will be doubled or tripled
before being sent to Auroville.
